Upon the completion of the transactions, there will be no refund request that can be granted; EXCEPT for circumstances A1Thesis is liable for lack of proper management on situations we have direct control.

Cancellation Procedures

If upon receipt of payment you have requested a cancellation of the transaction, A1Thesis.com will only refund HALF of the TOTAL AMOUNT paid for. This is to shoulder the expenses incurred in the process of doing transactions and the loss the company has gained due to the cancellation. This policy is to discourage cancellation of the transactions in adherence to our value of PROFESSIONALISM.
